What does the SCIO actually do?

The SCIO reports on the biological reactivity and resonance in your body and creates a probability matrix of the needs, dysfunctions and vulnerabilities. The information provided by the SCIO is fundamentally different from X-rays, blood tests, etc. It does not diagnose disease. Rather, it tells us about the energetic state of one's body and the direction in which the body is focusing its energy

How is the SCIO set up?

The SCIO is connected to the client via a headband, wrist and ankle straps. It sends electromagnetic signals to the body. The SCIO scanning and biofeedback training process is painless and non-invasive. Clients of the SCIO rave about how comfortable it is being tested and how relaxed they feel during the sessions.

And after the client is scanned?

Once the SCIO has measured the client's reaction to a battery of discrete frequencies, the resulting matrix of values is compared the to standards developed from many thousands of test subjects.  From this comparison a probability index is generated that can help the client better integrate conscious and subconscious body functions.  This preliminary pattern along with ongoing feedback can give the client a level of insight and control that at times seems magical.

So you just use the SCIO to identify problem areas?

The SCIO does not diagnose or treat in a traditional fashion.  In some ways, it's more useful because it does not diagnose.  Most diagnostic techniques are reductionistic.  Such techniques attempt to look at a single factor in absolute terms much like we use a thermometer to determine the specific temperature in a given location.  But one does not need to know the exact temperature to determine how to dress appropriately for the weather.
A living organism is a dynamic, flowing system that is constantly making adjustment to the internal process based on the feedback it receives from the environment.  Human beings are comprised of about 50 TRILLION cells. The body has to deal with the needs of each of these cells on a moment-to-moment basis.  Among the functions of the body include the identification and destruction of defective cells and the creations of millions of new cells daily.  A living organism is a self-regenerating system.  As long as the living organism receives adequate nutrients, oxygen, and water - while not being overwhelmed by various types of stress that it does not have the resources to deal with properly - it can thrive.
There are two things that have been acknowledged for decades regarding biofeedback: 1) with adequate, real-time feedback about an internal process, many individuals can effect positive change on the internal process previously thought to be beyond conscious control. 2) while acknowledging such control can occur, western science is at a loss to explain how biofeedback works.  Then again the scientific community agrees that aspirin works though they cannot satisfactorily explain why. Classical biofeedback provided great success dealing with any problem where there was a clear correlate between an internal process and some external physiological response (such as sweating or muscle tension). The SCIO sends thousands of discrete frequencies into the client at near imperceptible intensity and records how the body reacts to this body of stimuli.  From that battery of information generalized probability patterns are developed that can inform the person and help better integrate the conscious and subconscious processes for the client over a broad range of stressors. In many people, this real-time dialoguing can be transformative.

How does the SCIO help revitalize the body?

As the SCIO has been devised using the principles of Quantum Physics, that question is more easily asked than answered. Basically, during a session, the SCIO measures the body's resonance/reactance pattern and determines what benefit has occurred in the time period since the last measurement (less than a second earlier). If there has not been a shift, the input resonance is altered. It maintains each beneficial setting as long as it is helping and changes it as soon as it is no longer useful.

Can you use the SCIO on children?

The SCIO is ideally suited for children, as they are often unable to verbally communicate what they are experiencing. Children with behavioral problems have seen considerable improvements with biofeedback, as the SCIO can extrapolate contributing factors from the stress patterns detected.

Can you use the SCIO on animals/pets?

YES, animals are unable to communicate with us in the most obvious of ways, although it may be apparent that they are experiencing stress from both physical and psychological problems. Pet owners have seen vast improvement in the behavior and increased vitality of their pets.
